goal setting activities

My goals are a work-in-progress as I get started and really think about where I want to be.  I've never been a skinny minny, so my final goal isn't going to be 113 like it should be.  My goal weight is a weight where I feel good about myself both inside and out.  I would like to get to 150-160 and reasses and go from there.

To get started, however, I'm going with mini goals suggested by WW and some personal goals I'd like to set myeslf. 

5%:  208.1

Onederland: 199 (this was also the starting weight when I first began WW in Jan of '08)

10%: 197.1
